Order Processing

The following are estimated processing and delivery times. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Please understand we are a team of humans, working with human hands, and human brains. We aren’t perfect, but almost perfect 😉

Processing & Design

Order processing takes place during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. If you ordered a ready-to-order design with your wordings, please allow 1-3 days for the first initial drafts to be sent to you. Orders received after 2 PM will likely be processed the following business day. Design process will take as long as you approve the digital proofs. We’ll be back and forth making your desired design changes. It’ll take up to 3 business days for the first 2 revisions to be completed. After 2 revisions it’ll take up to 5 business day to receive the new drafts. We have the right to reject the work if we think you’re abusive of our unlimited design revisions policy. If so, we will keep the $150 deposit and refund you the rest.


Order production will start once you confirm the digital proofs. Custom orders take 2 weeks to 8 weeks to create because they are made-to-order. If you pick one of our ready designs then in 2-3 weeks your custom orders will be ready. If you want a custom shape, size or color invitations or boxes, or other products, then it will take 3-8 weeks. We’re fast but each order will have their unique production dates, so please contact us for your specific delivery deadlines.

Rush Service

We can rush an order. For a ready to order design invitations, we’ll rush the design process and once approved production will be done in 1-2 weeks, or sooner. For a custom shape, size or color order, production will be done 3-4 weeks. In order to get a more accurate timeline, please contact us with your project details.


We ship both domestically and internationally. Shipping times depend on your location in the world. If you live down the street from us in Miami, you’ll get it faster than if you live in Hawaii. Our main facilities are in Turkey, and the custom orders will ship from Turkey via DHL Express and DHL site quotes but do not guarantee, 2-5 business days for international delivery. Note that it may sometimes take longer, and we do not take any responsibilities for reasons out of our control.

If a package can’t be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, MLS is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.

You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence or the country in which the package is shipped and received.

MLS is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of MLS to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.

For example, your package may arrive at your local post office or delivery center and be held until pick up and payment is taken care of. If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for the original shipping.

If it is a custom product and it is returned to us, you should contact us immediately to arrange to reship as custom orders are final sale and we cannot refund you for the purchase.

Should MLS mistakenly be invoiced directly for any duties or fees from the shipping company after delivery, we will email an invoice for the balance due. This will need to be paid immediately.


If you have a DHL package marked as delivered but haven’t received it, please contact the shipping company.

In summary; you will have to pay taxes and duties in your own country. This is extra and we have no control over it. By purchasing an MLS product, you acknowledge that you are aware of this and accept it as your financial responsibility. (We had only 1 UK Client had to pay custom fees)
