Order Processing and Shipping

At My Lovely Store, we strive to fulfill orders as efficiently as possible and provide the following estimated processing and delivery times. Keep in mind that we’re a team of human beings, working with care and attention to detail, so there may be some slight variations in the timeline. But, don’t worry, we’re almost perfect!

Order Processing & Design

Our order processing hours are Monday to Friday during normal business hours. If you’ve ordered a ready-to-order design with your personalized wording, expect to receive the first draft within 1- 2 business days. Orders placed after 2 PM may be processed the following business day. The design process will take as long as it takes for you to approve the digital proofs – we’ll work with you to make sure the design is exactly what you want! Expect up to 3 business days for the first 2 revisions, and up to 5 business days for any additional revisions. Please note that we reserve the right to reject work if we feel the unlimited revisions policy is being abused. In this case, we will keep the $250 from the deposit and refund the remaining amount.


Once you’ve approved the digital proofs, and have no remaining balance, the production will begin. Custom orders typically take 3 to 6 weeks to craft, as they’re made to order. If you’ve selected one of our ready-to-order designs, expect your custom order to be ready in 3 to 4 weeks. If you’ve requested a custom shape, size, or color for your invitations or boxes, or any other product, it may take longer. We’re quick, but each order has its own unique production timeline, so please reach out to us for more accurate delivery estimates.

Rush Service

If you need your order sooner, we offer rush service! For ready-to-order designs, the design process will be rushed and production will take 1 to 2 weeks (or even faster!). For custom orders, expect production to take 3 to 5 weeks. To get a more accurate timeline, please contact us with the details of your project.


We ship both domestically and internationally, and shipping times will vary depending on your location. Shipping from our main production facilities in Turkey, custom orders will be shipped via DHL Express and the estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days for international delivery. However, delivery may take longer and we cannot be held responsible for reasons beyond our control.

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order, as My Lovely Store cannot be held responsible for any additional fees incurred for incorrect addresses. You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence or the country in which the package is shipped and received.

My Lovely Store is not responsible for packages held by international customs agencies and it is your responsibility to check with your country’s customs office to determine their procedures and potential charges. If your package is held at the local post office or delivery center, you’ll need to pick it up and pay any fees. If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the original shipping charge. If it’s a custom product that’s returned, please contact us immediately to arrange a reshipment, as custom orders are final sale and cannot be refunded.

In the unlikely event that My Lovely Store is invoiced directly for any duties or fees after delivery, we will send an invoice for the balance due, which must be paid immediately.


If you’ve received a DHL package marked as delivered but haven’t received it, please contact the shipping company directly.

In summary, please be aware that you may be responsible for paying taxes and duties in your own country. This is an additional fee and My Lovely Store has no control over it. By purchasing a product from My Lovely Store, you acknowledge that you are aware of this and accept it as your financial responsibility. (We’ve only had one UK customer who had to pay custom fees). Our USA clients never had to pay any customs or other fees.
