Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.


To return a non-custom item, please email customer service at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the address we’ll email you.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. If you use the prepaid shipping label, $25.00 will be deducted from your return to cover shipping charges.


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.


The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

●     Custom Made Products
●     Digital Products

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service below to arrange a store credit or exchange.

Please Note

●     Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
●     Custom merchandise is non-refundable, however, if there is any damage or defection due to production, we’ll exchange them or may offer store credits. The defective item should be sent to our New York location for inspection as mentioned above.
●     Digital goods and downloads are non-refundable.
●     Non-custom merchandise must be in ‘good as new’ condition. You can open them, but please be careful not to damage or mark the products.
●     No credit will be issued on items damaged due to shipping problems and any other situations beyond our control. The shipping company is liable for shipping negligence and you may request damages from the shipping company.
●     The buyer shall be responsible for shipping costs for the returns. If the item is not returned in its original unused condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
●     Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
●     Returns based on color issues are not accepted due to color variations on computer monitors, so you must consider a slight color change from your actual proof prints to what you see on screen. Your printed invitations will be close to the colors shown on our printed color card, but due to the custom nature of printing, these colors can vary over time and may not match perfectly. While color may not always be an exact match, keep in mind that we always make sure each and every order looks beautiful and that the color will look beautiful!
 We carefully check each order prior to shipping, but if there is a problem with your order please let us know as soon as possible and we will gladly fix it for you!
●     You can cancel an order anytime before the production starts minus the non-refundable Design Deposit – $50. After the production starts, there are no cancellations or refunds available. Please do your proof-check carefully as once your approval is taken and we start the production there is nothing we can do to change them. You will have to pay additional re-print fees to make the changes.
