Order Processing

The following are estimated processing and delivery times. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Please understand we are a team of humans, working with human hands, and human brains. We aren’t perfect, but almost perfect ūüėČ

Processing & Design

Order processing takes place during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. Please allow 1-2 days for processing. Orders received after 2 PM will likely be processed the following business day. Design will take as long as you approve the digital proofs. We’ll be back and forth making your desired design changes. We have the right to reject the work if we think you’re abusive of our unlimited design revisions policy. If so, we will keep the $50 deposit and refund you the rest.

Production

Order production will start once you confirm the digital proofs.¬†Custom orders take 2 days to 3 weeks to¬†create and¬†deliver¬†because they are made-to-order. If you pick one of our ready designs and know your wordings then in 1-2 days your custom orders will be ready. If you want a unique color, unique shape and size invitations or boxes, or other products, then it will take longer. We’re fast but each order will have their unique production dates, so please contact us for your specific delivery deadlines.

Shipping

We ship both domestically and internationally. Shipping times depend on your location in the world. If you live down the street from us in New York, you’ll get it faster than if you live in Hawaii. Our main facilities are in Turkey, and the custom orders will ship from Turkey via DHL Express and DHL site quotes but do not guarantee, 2-5 business days for international delivery. Note that it may sometimes take longer, and we do not take any responsibilities for reasons out of our control.

If a package can’t be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, MLS is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.

You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence or the country in which the package is shipped and received.

Customs

You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence.

MLS is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of MLS to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.

For example, your package may arrive at your local post office or delivery center and be held until pick up and payment is taken care of. If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for the original shipping.

If it is a custom product and it is returned to us, you should contact us immediately to arrange to reship as custom orders are final sale and we cannot refund you for the purchase.

Should MLS mistakenly be invoiced directly for any duties or fees from the shipping company after delivery, we will email an invoice for the balance due. This will need to be paid immediately.

Tracking

If you have a DHL package marked as delivered but haven’t received it, please contact the shipping company.

In summary; you will have to pay taxes and duties in your own country. This is extra and we have no control over it. By purchasing an MLS product, you acknowledge that you are aware of this and accept it as your financial responsibility.
